FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To place an order with us, Follow these simple steps:
- Register an account.
- Add items to cart.
- Submit your Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- We will prepare the quotation in 1-2 business days.
- Our person in charge will contact you to confirm your order.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps: Mobile: Click on the Cart button located on the top bar to go to your shopping cart. Scroll to the item that you do not wish to purchase, then click on X icon to remove it.
The minimum amount of order is RM500. However, you will have to pay for the delivery charges. Only order exceeded RM1,000 will be entitled to FREE delivery within KL and Klang Valley.
Yes. You will receive a copy of the tax invoice from us when delivery is made.
If the items you ordered is out of stock, you will have the option to
- Queue for the items once it has been restocked we will send to you; or
- Request for a refund for the difference in total amount.
You can only change the items before your order is out for delivery. Changing items might require you to make payment for the balance to complete the full payment on your order for us to process your order.

Changing address is only possible if the new address is located in our service area, which is Klang Valley and KL.
We accept bank transfers or direct bank-in to our bank account. You will be able to see our bank account details during checkout, or you can find them in your order notification email.
Please inform your bank immediately about the problem. Contact us and we can assist you on how to make the transfers to our bank account.
You can register your account here. You must be a registered company to be our customer. Please provide your SSM information for moderation and you will be able to log in after your account has been approved.
If your have forgotten your password, you can head to log in page, where you will see a link “Lost your password”. Click on the link and follow the steps to reset your password. Your order will be shipped by our own transportation or outsource to third-party transportation services.

After payment has been verified, your order will take a standard 3 to 5 days to be processed and deliver to you.
Service area means our service coverage area in Malaysia, which is Klang Valley and KL.
Separate deliveries occur when your order could not fit into a single delivery or second delivery for out of stock items.
You are advised to check the items when receiving your order to make sure of its entirety and in the case that if you discovered further problems, please let us know immediately and shall not exceed 7 business days, otherwise, would not be accepted.
Please note that all orders take a standard 3 to 5 working days to process. Order received and paid will be processed based on first come first basis by each customer.
You might want to pre-arrange a time for you to place the order so that you can have your order when you need it.
In special occasions whereby delivery needs to be pre-arranged, please contact us and let us know immediately. You can also state any notes for your delivery under the note section during checkout.
A staff or representative above age 18+ must present when delivery occurs where failing to do so may cause additional charges for a second delivery attempt to be taken place.
Self pick-up option is available. To do this, kindly notify us Two (2) business day before the date you would like to pick up your order. Pick-up without pre-scheduled the pick-up date is not allowed.
Our transport only reaches Klang Valley and KL area. If you are located outside of our service zone and are willing to bear the extra shipping cost to deliver to outbound areas, please let us know so that we can arrange for you.
Delivery happens from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
Please choose carefully as Park Lane Trading will not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you have changed your mind.
Only products stated “Not Returnable” are not allowed to be returned. Other products are allowed for an exchange in circumstances where products are faulty or expired or damage upon delivery.
All our items have a minimum 6 months shelf life before expiry. If the products you received have an expiry date shorter than 6 months, you can request for an exchange of the same product. Please let us know within 7 days after items received.
EXCHANGE/ REFUND INFORMATION
After verify and checking of your case submitted, we will process your refund immediately. You may expect 24 hours to 48 hours (not including public holidays and weekend) for the whole process to be completed. However, the time taken by each bank can vary.
In circumstances where you will get a refund could be either:
- Refund for items out of stock; or
- Refund for items returned
